Behaviour change takes time and commitment to see progress. We strongly recommend packages over single sessions as single sessions do not offer opportunity for the follow-up, troubleshooting and ongoing support necessary to be successful, long-term.

90 minute consultation. Suitable for reactivity, aggression, fear/anxiety and newly adopted dogs.

Recommendations for immediate safety concerns and relief from problem behaviour​

Following the initial consultation, a package will be recommended based on your dog and goals. Packages provide additional support, including a family group chat, ongoing training plans and troubleshooting to ensure continued progress.

A 30 minute Zoom or phone call to discuss immediate safety or behaviour concerns, ask general questions about dog or behaviour or pick a dog behaviour consultant's brain about anything you'd like.

Please note: This service is for the purpose of providing immediate relief, safety instructions and resources for behaviour challenges. The Behaviour Helpline does not replace a comprehensive behaviour consultation and advice given will be general in nature. This service does not include written notes or follow-up.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that conflicts may arise that result in you needing to cancel or reschedule your session. To provide us with time to fill your spot, we ask that you please cancel/reschedule no later than 48 hours prior to your session for a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for sessions cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time.
