We offer both in-person training in London, Ontario and virtual training worldwide. In-person sessions take place in your home by default. If your dog struggles with strangers, it may be recommended to meet outdoors, near your home for the initial session.

Behaviour change takes time and commitment to see progress. We strongly recommend packages over single sessions as single sessions do not offer opportunity for the follow-up, troubleshooting and ongoing support necessary to be successful, long-term.

90 minute consultation for reactive, fearful, anxious, aggressive or newly adopted dogs.

Following the initial consultation, a package will be recommended based on your dog and goals. Packages provide additional support, including a family group chat, ongoing training plans and troubleshooting to ensure continued progress.

Please note: This service is for the purpose of providing immediate relief, safety instructions and resources for behaviour challenges. The Behaviour Helpline does not replace a comprehensive behaviour consultation and advice given will be general in nature. This service does not include written notes or follow-up.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that conflicts may arise that result in you needing to cancel or reschedule your session. To provide us with time to fill your spot, we ask that you please cancel/reschedule no later than 48 hours prior to your session for a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for sessions cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time.
COVID-19 Policy
Masks are currently optional but I am happy to wear one upon request.. Please reschedule if you or a member of your family are feeling sick or have been exposed to COVID-19. Sessions rescheduled for this reason will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
